Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consistent and thorough follow-up with prospects and clients.
- Build lasting client relationships through trust and strong communication.
- Deliver professional buyer and seller consultations.
- Host engaging and effective open houses.
- Manage transactions from contract to close with exceptional attention to detail.
- Stay current on market trends to confidently advise clients.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License (Required)
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable with technology and modern real estate tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
