Hire Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $150,000-$170,000 (DOE)
Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Bonus, etc.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Construction Project Executive to lead strategic growth initiatives and oversee complex construction projects within the healthcare sector. This senior-level role is responsible for developing business plans, managing project execution from pre-construction through completion, and fostering lasting client relationships. Ideal candidates will bring deep healthcare market expertise, operational leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, profitable projects across the country.

Job Duties:
• Develop and execute regional and national growth strategies specific to the healthcare construction market.
• Lead and manage multiple project teams, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and profitability.
• Direct pre-construction activities including subcontractor/vendor prequalification, estimating, and value engineering.
• Review design documentation to ensure completeness, resolve conflicts, and manage RFIs throughout the preconstruction phase.
• Refine and implement estimating processes to improve proposal accuracy and profitability for healthcare projects.
• Lead client proposal meetings to define scope, reduce costs, and present value engineering solutions.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and procurement, ensuring cost-effective buyouts.
• Facilitate project meetings with owners and internal construction teams to align on progress and expectations.
• Drive business development efforts by cultivating client relationships, implementing retention strategies, and collaborating with national BD teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of proven success managing healthcare construction projects; design/build experience strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel nationwide as project needs dictate.
