We are seeking an exceptional Brand Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and continued evolution of a renowned luxury Latin-inspired restaurant concept located in Las Vegas.

The Brand Executive Chef will serve as the creative force behind the concept, partnering with leadership to elevate culinary standards, introduce innovative menu offerings, and ensure the restaurant remains a premier destination within the Las Vegas hospitality market.

What You Will Lead

Culinary Vision & Brand Leadership

• Own and elevate the culinary identity of a luxury Latin-inspired restaurant concept.
• Develop innovative menus that showcase authentic Latin flavors with modern techniques and refined execution.
• Serve as the culinary ambassador of the brand, representing its philosophy internally and externally.
• Drive continuous culinary evolution through creativity, research, and market awareness.
• Maintain a strong presence in the kitchen while inspiring excellence across the culinary team.

Menu Development & Culinary Innovation

• Lead recipe development, menu creation, seasonal updates, and culinary programming.
• Create dishes that balance authenticity, creativity, consistency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership teams on menu strategy, guest experience, and brand growth.
• Analyze guest feedback, culinary trends, and performance data to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Establish culinary standards that differentiate the brand within the luxury dining space.

Kitchen Leadership & Team Development

• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary organization.
• Create a culture centered around excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Train and inspire chefs and culinary teams through hands-on leadership.
• Establish strong culinary systems while maintaining creativity and craftsmanship.
• Lead by example during service and ensure exceptional execution.

Operational & Financial Excellence

• Oversee all culinary operations, including staffing, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Manage food cost, labor cost, and overall culinary financial performance.
• Partner with leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and profitability initiatives.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency while protecting the integrity of the cuisine.
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, and operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a chef who brings:

• 10+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading chef-driven, luxury, upscale, or high-volume restaurant concepts.
• Deep knowledge of Latin American cuisine and culinary traditions.
• Demonstrated success creating menus and developing culinary concepts.
• Experience serving as the culinary voice or creative leader behind a restaurant brand.
• Strong understanding of modern culinary trends and guest expectations.
• Ability to balance creativity with operational discipline and financial performance.
• Experience leading and developing large culinary teams.

Preferred Backgrounds

Candidates with experience as:

• Executive Chef of a Latin-inspired or contemporary Latin restaurant.
• Culinary Director for a chef-driven restaurant group.
• Chef Partner or Culinary Leader who has created and evolved menus.
• Executive Chef within luxury hospitality, fine dining, or acclaimed independent concepts.
• Recognized culinary leaders with a strong passion for Latin cuisine and storytelling through food.
