Job Description
ComResource is looking for a Head of Technology.
 We need someone to assist in leading IT operations, strategy, and innovation, driving the transformation of our technology platform and integrating advanced solutions including AI.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Define and manage IT budgets across platforms and brands</li>
<li>Ensure system, data, and operational security with minimal cybersecurity risk</li>
<li>Shape future-state technology architecture and prioritize investments</li>
<li>Build and lead internal/external IT resources and service providers</li>
<li>Oversee IT asset management, operations, and reporting</li>
<li>Optimize IT vendor contracts and performance metrics</li>
<li>Provide strategic leadership with a focus on enterprise scalability</li>
</ul>
Essentials:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as an IT executive or Head of Technology in a high-growth, acquisitive organization</li>
<li>Strong background in AI, retail, or B2C environments</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with executive stakeholders and board members</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of enterprise IT systems and operations</li>
</ul>
Desired:
<ul>
<li>Experience modernizing legacy systems and platforms</li>
<li>Prior leadership of IT functions through M&amp;A activity</li>
<li>Understanding of AI integration in consumer-facing environments</li>
