This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to oversee multiple complex and time-sensitive projects.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of a Project Manager or Lead Project Manager on large and small litigation support projects.

  • Serve as lead for major task areas on large cases (e.g., document discovery/collection of millions of pages, out-of-town trial support center operations).

  • Manage and supervise Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first-line supervisors.

  • Oversee multiple tasks across concurrent cases, such as responsive/privilege review, witness binder preparation, or trial support activities.

  • Maintain frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, and other Contractor components.

  • Anticipate litigation support needs and develop detailed plans for execution.

  • Ensure quality control and timely completion of eDiscovery and litigation support tasks.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible experience on major litigation support projects.

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead and communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously.

  • In-depth knowledge of litigation support and eDiscovery procedures and resources.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Hands-on familiarity with Government office/network environments, including office automation networks, PC-based and server-based databases (e.g., Oracle, Relativity, Trial Director).

  • Expert-level proficiency with standard office applications (word processing, spreadsheets, imaging tools).

  • Undergraduate degree required (substantial significant experience may substitute).

  • U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing or supervising teams of eDiscovery support staff.

  • Experience in Relativity: conducting searches, creating STRs, document review, coding layouts, and supervising document review.

  • Law degree, technical certification, or relevant graduate degree.

  • Paralegal or trial support experience.
