We are in immediate need of a bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant that will work with the Property Manager and team to provide excellent customer service, meet prospects, conduct tours, execute leasing paperwork, and follow up with leads to generate traffic to the community. As a Leasing Consultant, you are the first step in creating a sense of community for current and prospective residents. Individuals with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions are vital to this role.
WEEKLY PAY
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months plus of prior leasing experience is a MUST!
- Knowledge of Apartment Leasing/Fair Housing
- Reliable transportation—attendance and punctuality are imperative
- Working knowledge of the community and floor plans to successfully convert tours to leases
- Ability to process applications and prepare leases for qualified potential residents
- In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Friendly, energetic, and great people skills
- Ability to work weekends is a MUST
