RV Country is one of the largest and most respected RV dealerships in the Western United States. With over 50 years of history and a multi-location footprint across 5 states, we’re known for our unmatched customer service and a team-first culture. We're currently seeking driven, competitive, and coachable Internet Sales professionals to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
· Handle high-quality inbound internet leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google, and our website.
· Respond to prospects quickly via phone, email, text, and video.
· Follow up consistently using CRM tools to keep your pipeline moving.
· Manage the full sales cycle remotely: discovery, walk-throughs (video tours), trade evaluations, deal closing, and handoff.
· Work in a team environment to hit monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
· Maintain accurate notes and tasks in our CRM system.
· Coordinate financing, deposits, delivery timelines, and document processing with internal teams.

Requirements:
· 2+ years of inside sales, automotive sales, RV, marine, powersports, or high-ticket phone sales.
· Familiarity with internet-based CRMs or lead management systems.
· Clear communication skills — both written and verbal.
· A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas or KPIs.
· Bilingual a plus!
