Associate Attorney - Litigation and Employment Law (5-7 years of experience)

Folsom Jackson O'Malley LLP is on the lookout for an associate attorney who thrives in a dynamic and supportive work environment. Specializing in employment and/or business litigation, you will be a key player in driving successful outcomes and crafting innovative legal solutions for our clients.

What You Will Need:

• Ability to communicate well and top-notch research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
• Experience in case management, law and motion practice, depositions and/or trial experience is a plus, but not required, and junior attorneys are encouraged to apply.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar.
