Job Description
Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is looking for a Part-Time Doorman/Concierge to work at a luxury high-rise condominium on Massachusetts Avenue, NW, DC. Successful candidates will be reliable and have a professional demeanor.
- Schedule:

- Thursday–Friday: Doorman, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday: Concierge, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm, courteous demeanor.
- Open doors, escort individuals, and assist with transportation needs.
- Handle packages, groceries, and luggage deliveries (must be able to lift 25–50 lbs).
- Monitor building access, log incoming packages, and maintain logs via Condo Control.
- Maintain organization of package room/ mail system.
- Respond to resident requests and emergencies professionally and promptly.
- Ensure safety and security by monitoring surveillance and reporting concerns.
