Job DescriptionMLC Manufacturing is seeking a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Laser Breakout team member to support our laser cutting operations. This role focuses on safely removing finished parts from sheet steel and maintaining an organized, efficient work area while working closely with one other employee.
Key Responsibilities• Remove cut parts from sheet steel after laser processing
• Green tag parts and accurately record quantities on part tags
• Deburr parts as needed to ensure quality standards
• Remove and dispose of scrap material to scrappers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Assist and work collaboratively with one other employee
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
Requirements• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
