Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented and motivated Esthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves skincare, values holistic wellness, and wants the freedom to help shape a brand‐new esthetics program. Whether you prefer independent contractor flexibility or a stable salary structure, we’re open to creating a compensation plan that supports your goals.
Responsibilities
• Perform professional skincare services including facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, extractions, and waxing
• Conduct skin analyses and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant treatment environment
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary wellness team
• Build strong client relationships and support retention
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and records
• Participate in trainings, team meetings, and promotional events as needed
Qualifications
• Licensed Esthetician in Iowa (or eligible)
• Strong understanding of skincare, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Experience with advanced modalities preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer‐service skills
• Passion for holistic wellness and client education
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
