We are seeking an experienced and results driven Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multifamily construction projects in the Raleigh market. As a Senior Project Manager, we rely on you to lead all aspects of project execution; ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance are consistently achieved.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee multiple multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and overall execution strategy
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams
- Drive subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout processes
- Maintain full accountability for project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with field leadership to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards
- Manage risk, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project outcomes
- Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent communication across all parties
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multifamily projects
- Proven experience managing largen scale or multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of construction processes, contracts, and risk management
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
