- Coachable, curious, and willing to learn the difference between every Honda trim level
- Loves their social media

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Help customers find the Honda that fits their life (and their budget)
- Make car buying feel easier, not scarier
- Follow up, follow through, and build long-term relationships
- Represent a brand known for reliability—both cars and people
