A respected and well-established law firm is seeking a highly skilled Transactional Attorney to join their team.
We are looking for a candidate with six to eight years of experience focused on affordable housing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

Affordable Housing Policy Matters.

Affordable Housing Development and Financing Transactions.

Negotiating and drafting a variety of complex documents, including loan documents, ground leases, regulatory agreements, and easements for multifamily developments.
Bonus experience includes first-time homebuyer programs, construction documents, and commercial leases.
Compensation and Benefits

Bonuses: Annual performance-based bonuses, as well as eligibility for annual discretionary and billable hour bonuses.

Billable Hour Requirement: 1850 hours.
