LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client in Portland, OR. This full-time direct hire opportunity offers a hybrid work environment after 3-6 months.
The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for Provide administrative support for a group of attorneys, including managing calendars, finalizing legal documents and correspondence, conducting investigations and witness interviews. This role requires 3+ years of paralegal experience. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced applicant looking to join a team focused and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
· Provide support for attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and arbitrations
· Proof-read and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
· Conduct initial investigations and witness interviews
· Draft discovery responses and prepare documents for production
· Compile and summarize information from legal research
· Manage assigned attorney’s calendars
· Prepare spreadsheets and presentations
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of paralegal experience
· Experience with document management systems, billing software and litigation review databases
· Thorough knowledge of legal research tools
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
