Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking three detail-oriented, customer-focused Leasing Agents to support a fast-paced leasing operation in Downtown San Francisco. These roles play a key part in managing applicant flow, maintaining timely communication, and supporting leasing operations during a high-volume period.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing & Applicant Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective applicants via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Answer and route incoming calls while delivering professional, clear, and courteous customer service
- Monitor and manage the property email inbox, ensuring timely responses and accurate follow-up
- Schedule appointments with applicants and maintain organized calendars
- Assist applicants throughout the intake and application process
- Collect, review, and process required documentation
- Conduct income and asset verifications in accordance with leasing guidelines and internal procedures
- Ensure all applicant files are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain and update leasing trackers and reports using Microsoft Excel
- Draft and manage professional email correspondence with applicants and internal teams
- Support general leasing administrative tasks as assigned
- Work collaboratively with the Leasing Operations Manager and Leasing Administrator to ensure smooth site-level operations
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced leasing environment
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
- Ability to compose professional and accurate email correspondence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable, reliable, and able to manage changing priorities
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or administrative support
- Experience assisting with applicant intake, verifications, or document processing
- Regular desk-based computer work and sitting
- Occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and light lifting (up to 15 pounds)
- Frequent use of telephone, filing systems, and office equipment

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
