Diesel Techs must be able to properly diagnose diesel accurately and efficiently, and must have their own tools; diagnostic tools are a plus, but not required. The shop will provide diagnostic equipment.
- All pay is negotiable based on experience and certifications.

Compensation:
$20 $40 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Continue learning and growing technical skills and opportunities
- Complete preventive maintenance work on vehicles, including oil changes, air conditioning service, filling fluids, and replacing brake pads, spark plugs, and batteries
- Perform system inspections, test drives, and diagnostic tests to determine necessary repair work
- Source and remediate mechanical problems and malfunction codes that are identified in the vehicle's mechanical systems, electrical system, and electronic systems
- Diagnosing accurately and in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from a vocational program, technical school, or community college is preferred - ASE certification is a big bonus
- Good manual dexterity and effective use of hand tools and other equipment needed for vehicle repairs
- A valid driver’s license is necessary
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent work ethic, listening, problem-solving, and communication skills are desired
- Must have experience with major diesel brands, Cummins, Duramax, and Power Stroke
- Reliable transportation and a driver's license are required
