IntegraONE seeking dependable and customer-focused Tier 1 Help Desk Engineers to join our Managed Services team. This entry-level role is responsible for providing front-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools, with occasional onsite support as needed. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, eager to learn, and has a strong desire to grow in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for common technical issues involving desktops, laptops, printers, email, and basic networking.
  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system promptly and professionally.
  • Use RMM tools to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Escalate issues appropriately to Tier 2/3 support, ensuring clear and thorough documentation.
  • Perform onsite support when needed, including basic hardware swaps and peripheral setups.
  • Document all work accurately in the PSA system and contribute to internal documentation.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles to support end users and internal processes.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and assist with process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of IT support experience (internships or MSP experience preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create end-user knowledge base articles.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and best practices is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional onsite support.

Additional Details:

  • Work Hours: Monday–Friday, standard business hours; occasional after-hours work may be required.
  • Onsite Work: Periodic travel to client sites for basic support tasks.
