Schedule
Schedules are based on client needs and employee availability. Opportunities may include:

• Day shifts
• Evening/second shifts
• Night shifts
• Weekend shifts
• On-call opportunities

Travel: Within approximately a 60-mile radius.

Responsibilities
Caregivers provide compassionate assistance to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:

• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and respite care
• Transportation, shopping, and errands
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with mobility and ambulation
• Reporting changes or unusual incidents
• Responding appropriately to emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• PSS certification or current PSS candidate
• Previous personal care, home care, hospital, nursing home, or direct-care experience preferred
• Compassionate and dependable approach to client care
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
• Successful completion of a required criminal history check
