Join our team! Clairon Metals has an immediate opening in Accounting. We are looking for someone to assist and support the Accounting/Finance team with accurate and timely financial reporting, general financial oversight and analysis. Pay is based on knowledge and experience.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
· Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
· Must be fluent in English; effective attention to detail and accuracy; in-depth knowledge of Excel & ERP systems. Able to work on multiple projects independently & simultaneously.
· Excellent organizational & time management skills.
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
· Prepares and records month-end journal entries for corporate general ledger.
· Prepares monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, group insurance, and customer pricing worksheets.
· Prepares sales & use, payroll, and property tax returns as needed.
· Pays group insurance bills, employee garnishments, child support, credit cards, and other special pays.
· Performs audits of: payroll processing, raw materials A/P processing, and costing for bill of materials.
· Processes special billing/invoicing and applies most A/R cash receipts.
· Ad hoc & regular summary reporting, with some minor cost accounting duties.
· Reconciles/records fixed asset additions/deletions annually.
· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
