Key Responsibilities
- Prepare growth media and planting trays
- Seed growth media accurately and consistently
- Harvest crops according to quality standards
- Perform sample analysis
- Clean and maintain growth equipment and instruments
- Collect data using calipers, analytical balances, and cameras
- Support growers with maintenance and specialized procedures
- Package produce for distribution
- Complete extensive task logging, verification, and validation documentation
