Job Description:

Agensys Corporation is looking for a Cloud engineer with Linux administration experience to join our team. This person will work primarily with Terraform and Ansible providing technical support for our customer’s multi cloud environment used by dozens of enterprise applications. Candidate must have experience creating and maintaining highly scalable and fault tolerant multi-tier AWS and Azure environments spanning across multiple availability zones using Terraform. Candidate must have experience with Gitlab CICD processes. .

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

5+ years of cloud engineering experience.

Extensive knowledge of Internet Service Providers, Cloud Vendor Software as a Service (SaaS), Physical and Cloud, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.

Highly skilled individual who can efficiently envision and build infrastructure against our customer’s multi-cloud environment.

Experience with deployment plans to deploy new or upgraded infrastructure to Test and Production environments.

Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting infrastructure issues.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills

Ability to create reusable Terraform modules in both Azure and AWS cloud environments.

Knowledge of fundamental concepts and skills using GitLab within a development environment.

Experience with Terraform Templates to automate the Azure IaaS virtual machines using terraform modules and deployed virtual machine scale sets in production environment.

Worked in conjunction with multiple teams to make sure that the infrastructure and customer applications work harmoniously together.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT or Engineering field and 5+ years of work experience.

Typical Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related IT or Engineering field, or equivalent experience. Typically a BS Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experience.

The Candidate must possess an active Top Secret Security Clearance
