Requirements:

- Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent RN experience in the specialty, preferably at one facility
- Minimum of 18 months of recent CVICU experience; qualifying travel experience is accepted
- Permanent Ohio or compact-state RN license in hand
- Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
- Current ACLS and NIHSS certifications
