Job Summary
The Starline Collection is seeking a Detailer to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho! As the Northwest's premier motorcoach company, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier, luxury travel experiences—and that starts with the immaculate presentation of our fleet. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering pristine results, we want you on our team.
No prior motorcoach detailing experience? No problem! While experience is preferred, we are fully committed to training the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Cleaning: Wash, scrub, and thoroughly clean motorcoaches from top to bottom, both inside and out.
- Interior Detailing: Wipe down upholstery, sanitize seating, clean windows, and polish fixtures to ensure a spotless cabin for passengers.
- Exterior Polish: Wash exterior panels, polish chrome, clean wheels, and ensure vehicles are gleaming and ready for the road.
- Quality Control: Inspect vehicles after detailing to ensure every coach meets The Starline Collection's high standards of presentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with yard and maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are turned around and ready for scheduled departures.
What We Are Looking For
- Motivated & Detail-Oriented: A strong work ethic with an eagle-eye for cleanliness and quality.
- Reliable & Punctual: Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts depending on our dynamic charter bus schedules.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, reach, and maneuver around large vehicles, as well as use washing and detailing equipment.
- Experience: Prior automotive, truck, or large-vehicle detailing experience is a plus, but not mandatory—we will train you!
