Job Summary • Install, maintain, and service irrigation systems.
General Accountabilities •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Installs irrigation systems according to specifications, blueprints, and diagrams. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Lays and connects water lines. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Installs irrigation fixtures, pumps, timers, and valves. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Performs preventative maintenance on irrigation systems, including winterizing the system. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Tests installed systems to ensure proper operation. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Uses established methods to develop watering schedule and avoid waste. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ensures installed irrigation systems conform to city codes. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Troubleshoots and repairs or replaces damaged or malfunctioning parts.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Renovates or removes old irrigation systems. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Keeps records as required. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
