Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will support various legal matters, particularly in the areas of real estate, taxation, intellectual property, litigation, and labor and employment law. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior attorneys in preparing legal documents and contracts.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
  • Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations under the supervision of senior attorneys.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
  • Advise clients on legal rights and responsibilities in real estate and employment matters.
  • Participate in client meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting the practice areas.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar license.
  • 1-3 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in real estate, taxation, or intellectual property.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
