CT/MR FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

What You Will Do
- Display and promote Imperial’s core values and company vision throughout daily work activities and when interacting with employees, vendor partners, and customers.
- Provide an industry leading level of customer service and support through customer events that include but not limited to: planned maintenance, on-demand phone or remote technical support, troubleshooting and repairs, de-installations, and installations.
- Managing assigned tickets with efficiency and real-time reporting.
- Managing expectations both internally and externally with clear communication.
- Maintain inventory integrity through proper handling, inspection, and warehousing.
- Plan, schedule, and execute all required planned maintenance activities
- On-call rotation with peers for after hours, weekends, holidays
- Completion of all administrative duties and managing tickets, time, expenses in CRM
- Assist in site planning and sales consultations as needed.
- Completion of all required state and federal paperwork associated with the installation of medical imaging equipment
Attributes We Are Looking For
- 5+ Years experience as a CT/MR Field Service Engineer
- Skilled troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair with GE and Siemens systems
- Detail Oriented and self-motivated, takes pride in quality work and customer service
- Strong analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate key data
- Integrity and commitment meet demands of efficient issue resolution
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs
- Team player with a positive and supportive attitude
- Safety awareness
- Willing to be on call including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Location and Travel
You should be based in the metro-Atlanta or Birmingham areas and willing to travel within the southeastern US.
