Job Description

My Keepr is hiring experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County.

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals who already have professional cleaning experience and can confidently complete jobs according to company checklists and client expectations.

Pay: $25/hour
Position: Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible / Based on Job Availability
Service Area: Miami-Dade & Broward County

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of professional residential and/or commercial cleaning experience
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have a smartphone and reliable communication
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented
Must be comfortable following detailed cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
Must be able to work independently and, when assigned, as part of a cleaning team
Must communicate professionally with My Keepr management and clients when necessary
Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with professional cleaning
Availability for weekdays and/or weekends is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contractors may be assigned residential standard cleanings, deep cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, recurring services, Airbnb turnovers, commercial cleaning, and other cleaning projects based on their experience and availability.

Responsibilities include completing the assigned scope of work thoroughly, following My Keepr cleaning checklists, arriving on time, maintaining professional conduct, properly caring for client property, reporting issues when necessary, and completing required job documentation such as before-and-after photos when requested.
