We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technicians (HVAC & Appliance Repair), and Unit Punch-Out Technician to join a property maintenance team in MIAMI, FL 33147. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. These roles involve hands-on maintenance work to ensure residential units are fully functional, safe, and ready for occupancy, including repairs, inspections, and unit turnover support.
Position Overview:
We are hiring for multiple maintenance-related roles, including supervisory and technician-level positions. Candidates should have experience in residential or property maintenance environments with strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on residential units and common areas
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and household appliances (stoves, ranges, refrigerators, microwaves, washers & dryers)
- Complete unit punch-outs / make-ready work for new tenant move-ins
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and company standards
- Supervisor role: oversee technicians, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9 AM -6PM and Saturday only 1 maintenance from 10AM-5PM ( so they will be floating). One maintenance will be on call every week after 6PM and we switch every week to another maintenance.
Pay Rate:
- Maintenance Technician: $20 per hour
- Maintenance Supervisor $30 per hour
Location: Miami, FL 33147
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance, HVAC, or appliance repair preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Supervisory experience is a plus for lead role
