Position Overview

We are looking for a nurturing and dependable Infant Childcare Teacher to provide attentive care and support for infants in a safe and welcoming childcare setting.

The ideal candidate is patient, observant, and comfortable following individualized routines while creating positive early experiences for the children in their care.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and hands-on care for infants
• Follow established schedules for feeding, diapering, sleeping, and other daily needs
• Recognize and respond appropriately to infants' cues and comfort needs
• Provide simple, age-appropriate activities that encourage early learning and sensory development
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized infant classroom
• Monitor infants' safety, health, and general well-being
• Record daily activities, feedings, diaper changes, naps, and other required information
• Maintain professional communication with parents and guardians
• Assist with preparing and organizing classroom materials
• Follow established health, safety, and childcare procedures
• Cooperate with other teachers and staff to provide consistent care

Requirements

Qualifications

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous infant childcare teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
