The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Front Desk & Sales Supervisor who thrives on greeting 30–80 families per day, guiding them through enrollment, and leading our front desk operations. This is a full-time, on-site position with clear paths for advancement into management.
Schedule (Prominent)

4–5 days per week (full-time)

Weekdays: 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.

Weekends: 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (at least one weekend day required)

What You’ll Do
Sales & Enrollment
-
Achieve sales targets by following up with prospective students and families
-
Register and onboard new students
Customer Service & Operations
-
Be the welcoming face and voice of Angeles Academy
-
Answer calls and emails promptly; handle billing and administrative tasks
-
Supervise instructors and maintain high-quality operations
-
Assist with opening, closing, and light facility upkeep

Background — hospitality, front desk, retail sales, or similar (no music background required)

Education — bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Hospitality ideal)

The physical locations are in the heart of Brentwood and the heart of Westwood, and provide easy access for students living in Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood Village, Brentwood, Santa Monica, and Pacific Palisades. Our one on one music lessons are open to all ages and levels. We generally start ages four and up, but also have a large group of adult students. In addition to training beginners, we work with intermediate and advanced students. We can provide professional level coaching and college audition preparation. Many students of the Academy have gone on to attend schools like Juilliard, or have gone into professional careers on Broadway. For over ten years, we have helped thousands of students begin and continue their musical journey. Our talented, friendly, and qualified faculty can help you learn any style or genre of music, and lay the foundation for proper technique in the process. Our instructors are trained to not only get you the skill and technique you need, but also how to keep in fun and engaging by working on the music YOU love.
