Starting Base Pay: $22.50 / hour

Your office isn’t a cubicle, it’s the beautiful, rolling landscapes of Western Illinois. Unlike high-density city routes with hundreds of stops, our routes focus on reaching our rural neighbors.

More Windshield Time: Enjoy fewer stops, less traffic, and more time enjoying your music, audiobooks, or podcasts.
All-Terrain Driving: You will navigate long country driveways, gravel roads, and scenic rural terrain.
All-Weather Endurance: We deliver smiles rain or shine. You must be comfortable working in the Illinois elements, from humid summers to snowy winters.
Stay Active: This is still a physical role! You must be able to lift, move, and arrange packages up to 50 lbs.

Your Duties:

Load & Go: Safely organize your delivery van for a successful day on the road.
Navigate with Ease: Use GPS and local observation to efficiently find rural addresses.
Drive Safely: Maintain a flawless safety focus, respecting the country roads and communities we serve.
Customer Connection: Provide a friendly face and reliable essential deliveries to our rural neighbors.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to pass a standard pre-employment background check and motor vehicle record review.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (Note: We do NOT test for marijuana).
Comfortable driving in various weather conditions and navigating rural roads.
Availability: Shifts are typically 8–10 hours. Must have open availability to be scheduled any day of the week, including weekends.
