Leasing Agent

Pay: $20–$24/hour + commissions

Responsibilities:

• • Conduct tours and lease apartments
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects
  • Assist with marketing and occupancy goals

Requirements:

• • Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and sales skills

Maintenance Technician

Pay: $27–$30/hour (higher for boiler certification)

Responsibilities:

• • Complete work orders and unit turns
  • Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
  • Maintain curb appeal and property standards

Requirements:

• • Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred
  • EPA and/or boiler license is a plus

Property Manager

Salary: $60,000–$80,000/year

Responsibilities:

• • Oversee daily operations of the community
  • Manage staff, budgets, and occupancy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations

Requirements:

• • Previous property management experience required
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
