We are seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Hands on position. Hard-working. Lead by example.
- Ability to train and direct junior staff
- Good customer communications. Resolve customer issues.
- Ability to follow Riverside Pizza standards and processes.
- Communicate status and store progress with GM
- Ensure high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Adhere to safety and ServSafe regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and workplace emotional intelligence
