Assistant Maintenance Technician – Mobile, AL
Full-Time | Residential Community
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and ready to support the community with daily maintenance needs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Appliance installation and removal
- Basic appliance repairs
- Completing work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Trashing out units and preparing them for new move-ins
- Assisting with unit turns as needed
- Moving and arranging furniture
- Providing general support to the lead maintenance team
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean criminal background
- Previous maintenance or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
