A successful OEM/Private Label manufacturer of bullet-resistant armor systems and other armored products for law enforcement, military, and private security personnel are seeking a R&D Range Manager. The position is in office in Miami, FL.

CANDIDATES MUST CURRENLTY LIVE IN SOUTH FLORIDA
\n
Job Responsibilities:
\n
Manage all aspects of our Ballistics Range / Laboratory.
\n
Ensure the Range is operating in compliance with NIJ testing standards and calibrations.
\n
Produce test samples and test them in accordance with the applicable standard.
\n
Perform lot acceptance testing on any applicable material / product.
\n
Maintain proper inventory levels of all range materials
\n
Collaborate on the design process.
\n
Create innovative solutions for soft and hard armor
\n
Help and assist in any area that may need additional support
\n
Other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the VP of Operations or CEO
\n
\n
Required Skills:
\n
Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred
\n
Microsoft Office, especially Excel
\n
Strong Organizational skills
\n
The ability to isolate variables and analyze data
\n
\n
