Responsibilities
The Temporary Claims Examiner/Tester is responsible for auditing, processing, and validating claims data within the QNXT system. This role focuses heavily on testing new configuration updates to ensure the system processes claims according to defined business rules. The examiner will apply specialized institutional knowledge to pay, deny, or adjust pended claims while meeting strict accuracy and efficiency benchmarks. This is a temporary contract position.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in health insurance claims processing or medical billing preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
