San Francisco | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
A highly regarded San Francisco-based legal practice is seeking a Senior Transactional Legal Secretary to provide high-level support to firm leadership and a busy transactional team.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform heavy document production and redlining using Forte (required)
- Prepare and finalize transactional documents, including signature packets, tables of contents, macros, and complex formatting
- Provide billing support, including edits, markups, Excel-based data, and coordination of billing history
- Manage matter intake processes, including conflicts checks and data submission
- Draft correspondence, interpret handwritten notes, manage calendars, and schedule meetings
- Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure responsiveness, prioritization, and clear communication
- Support cross-training initiatives as part of broader administrative continuity planning
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of law firm experience, ideally in a transactional practice
- Advanced Forte experience
- Strong document production, redlining, and Adobe skills
- Prior experience supporting senior attorneys or partners
- Professional, patient, confident communicator with sound judgment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a small, close-knit team
- Bonus: experience in both transactional and litigation environments
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week (consistent weekly cadence)
- Standard hours: approximately 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (37.5-hour workweek)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $105,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
- PTO: 4 weeks in year one

Location & Commuting
