Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Manager

Position Objective
- Responsible for analyzing sales trends, developing sales reporting, and providing monthly new business forecasts by state and by line of business
- Support field leadership by identifying opportunities in different markets, building impact of field actions and initiatives, and providing data points for business unit reviews
- Evaluate agency economics of agent and district manager compensation, impacts of changes to sales compensation and incentives, opportunities to improve agency revenue, and impact of different investments on agency economics
- Construct sales plans and targets by state, market, and district level
- Manage territory budgets including annual planning, forecasting and customer account maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- English Proficiency.
- Advanced Excel.
- Power Point proficiency.
- Strong Financial Acumen (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis).
- Nice to have experience with SQL or Snowflake, Power BI or other data visualization tool.
