Location: Tutwiler, MS 38963
Pay: $72 - $81 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Psychologist to provide psychological services in Tutwiler, Mississippi. The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in Psychology, an active and unrestricted state license, and clinical experience providing psychological assessments and services. Candidates with previous corrections or detention center experience are highly preferred.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Doctoral degree in Psychology.

• Must possess a current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state where services are provided.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in a comparable position.

• Valid driver's license required.

(Nice-to-Haves)

• Previous experience working in a correctional facility, detention center, or similar environment.

• Familiarity with the unique psychological and behavioral health needs of incarcerated or detained populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological evaluations, assessments, and clinical services.

• Assess patients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.

• Provide individual and group psychological services as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
