Candidate Profile
JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
3-5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation
Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting discovery and depositions, preparing for trial, and participating in motions practice
Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Strong communication and advocacy abilities, both written and oral
Proven capacity to work collaboratively across offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in financial, commercial, and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums
Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions, briefs, and memoranda
Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy
Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management
Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation
