Are you an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator looking to join a stable, growing organization?
The Future Automotive Group is a family-owned automotive group serving Northern and Central California since 1963, with multiple dealerships and a strong reputation for performance, integrity, and growth. Future Ford of Roseville is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our service team through accurate and timely warranty processing.
Pay Scale: Base hourly rate ranges between $23.00 $45.00 per hour
Ford warranty experience is strongly preferred
What Youll Do
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all documentation meets manufacturer requirements
- Verify claim eligibility per factory guidelines
- Reconcile warranty receivables with accounting schedules
- Follow up on outstanding and rejected claims
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures
- Track and manage warranty parts and required documentation
- Stay current on recalls, bulletins, and manufacturer updates
- Support service and accounting teams as needed
What Were Looking For
- Automotive warranty administration experience required
- Ford warranty experience highly preferred
- Dealership experience strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Familiarity with dealership accounting and reconciliation
