Compensation: Up to $75,000 annually, based on experience and performance, including a monthly bonus tied to operational goals and team development.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on people and performance
- Hire, train, and mentor team members with a focus on long-term retention
- Build a winning culture centered on growth, accountability, and service
- Oversee food quality, labor and food costs, and compliance standards
- Set the tone for a clean, customer-focused, high-energy work environment
- Identify high-potential team members and support their development

- Proven leadership experience (QSR or hospitality experience is an asset)
