What You'll Accomplish in This Role:

  1. Keep in regular contact with clients to drive sales momentum.
  2. Build authentic relationships that resonate with clients, opening doors to new business possibilities.
  3. Meet with potential buyers and sellers to discover their property goals, then match them with homes that align perfectly with their needs.
  4. Conduct dynamic open houses that highlight our featured listings.
  5. Manage every aspect of the transaction journey, from listing agreement to closing day, ensuring fluid and effective deals.
  6. Connect with prospective clients to generate fresh business leads.
  7. Become a neighborhood authority – gain comprehensive knowledge of the local market and landscape, answering inquiries about listings, property values, and area amenities with confidence.


What We're Looking for in Candidates:

  1. An active Real Estate License is mandatory.
  2. Previous sales background is helpful but not required.
  3. Ease with technology and online tools.
