Job Description:

- Responsible for development, implementation and support of all components of the Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) and complementary imaging systems.
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Provide oversight and direction for software installation, configuration and upgrades.
- Perform system operations, monitoring and maintenance.
- Develop and conduct training for imaging informatics team members, subspecialists, super users, and providers.
- Communicate and manage PACS downtime plan.
- Develop and manage vendor relationships.
- Develop, validate, document, and educate on Imaging processes and business continuity processes.
- Act as key informatics resource on imagingrelated capital projects.
- Escalation point for technical, workflow, and integration issues.
- Participate in call rotation as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
