Job Description

Job Title: QA Clerk (2nd Shift | Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Franklin Park, IL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Onsite)
Pay: $19.00 per hour

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Clerk to support our Quality and Lab departments in Franklin Park, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and previous QA experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, review, and file daily QA and production-related documentation.
Monitor and review Infinity par-fry data records, reporting to production management on an hourly basis.
Organize and send short weight documentation to the corporate office and suppliers.
Prepare and submit lab samples.
File and organize lab results promptly; enter data into spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
Maintain and file Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Prepare and send x-ray bone reports to suppliers.
Conduct and document sensory testing three times per week.
Monitor inventory for all lab scales and balances.
Perform daily checks on scales and thermometers.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a QA or Quality Control role (required)
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Comfortable working in both a lab and production floor environment
Strong attention to detail and organization
