This Irrigation Technician will always have a positive attitude to team members and clients. This Irrigation Technician is expected to install, maintain, repair, etc. irrigation systems for our clients. Safety is a top priority and is expected to follow all safety procedures and protocols. This Irrigation Technician must be able to operate all equipment necessary to perform job tasks and/or be willing to learn from others. Must have a clean driving record and valid drivers license. A CDL is preferred.
Qualifications/Job Duties:
- Mandatory valid drivers license with clean driving record
- CDL preferred
- Certified Irrigation Technician Certification
- Backflow Prevention Certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience is preferred
- Must be dependable
- Must show consistent professionalism, good judgement, and safety precautions
- Maintain irrigation accounts throughout seasonal life cycle
- Layout and install new irrigation systems
- Troubleshoots irrigation systems to determine repair needs
- Install, replace, and repair sprinkler heads and valve boxes
- Tests irrigation systems for proper functioning
- Activate and deactivate irrigation systems according to seasonal priorities
- Submit required forms for accurate billing information for all billable work performed daily
- Ensure proper use and care of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned
- Math used to calculate irrigation system requirements
- Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask on multiple ongoing projects
- Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems
- Highly organized and efficient
- Able to work in all kinds of weather conditions

Job Type: Full Time/Seasonal weekdays, occasional weekends
Pay: Starting wage $20+/Hour, negotiable based on experience
