Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (3+ Years)

The JR Law Group | Atlanta, GA

The JR Law Group is expanding and seeking a Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to take ownership of a high-value caseload and play a key role in our continued growth.

This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident in litigation, experienced in strategy, and capable of driving cases from pre-suit through trial with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a full personal injury litigation caseload
• Handle cases from pre-suit through trial or resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions (parties, experts, witnesses)
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Lead mediations and settlement negotiations
• Develop and execute litigation strategy to maximize case value
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:

• Active license in good standing (Georgia preferred)
• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage cases independently
• Strong background in depositions, motion practice, and negotiations
• Trial experience or strong trial readiness preferred
• Highly organized, strategic, and results-driven
