We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Associate Software Developer Analyst to join a dynamic team. You will work on-site at a state-of-the-art campus in Juno Beach, Florida, collaborating with experienced developers and analysts to design, develop, and integrate software solutions that drive operational efficiency and business insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle within an Agile/Scrum framework.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and web pages.
- Develop and refine interactive Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Build and maintain API integrations and workflow automations to connect disparate systems.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support cloud development initiatives on AWS and contribute to DevOps practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing applications and systems.
- Ensure development practices adhere to security, compliance (SOX), and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Proficiencies:
Python Java .NET SQL Power BI AWS API Integration CI/CD
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0-5 years of professional software development experience (internships and academic projects count).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, ERP integration concepts, and cybersecurity best practices is a plus.
