General Manager – Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $55,000–$58,000
- Annual bonus potential up to 1% of store sales (averaging $15,000/year)

General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire a team
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license
- ServSafe certification is a plus
General Manager – Must Haves
- Hands-on leadership: actively work the floor and lead by example
- Build and train a high-performing team that delivers excellent guest service
- Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, compliant, and running smoothly
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Quickly address staffing, service, or operational issues as they arise
General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in a fast-casual or limited-service restaurant environment
- History of reducing costs and increasing sales through strategic planning
- Familiarity with scheduling software, POS systems, and labor management
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality
